Primary school assembly praise

If your primary school education was in Nigeria, in the 80's/90's and you weren't a "late comer", then you will know what "Assembly Praise" is.

Let me know the names of your primary schools and if you remember any of the songs.

My new album is out!

So, these past few "covid weeks",  I have been consciously working on contents that will redirect minds from fear and panic to a place of faith and confidence, basically dishing out positive vibes as much as I can.

Top of this list is the EP or probably album that I have been working on, #FaithBoosterwithEmmaOMG, and I am glad to announce that it is finally out.

Although it is only availble on a few platforms for now, but over the next few days, you will be able to get it from any platform you want via this link.

Here is one of the tracks from tha album titled "Olorun Iba re" and it simply means "God I reverence you".

Faith Booster Medley with EmmaOMG

As the whole world is in a stand still/ confused state and going through these tough times because of the corona virus, it is reflected all over in the media and that alone is enough to cause panic.

Fear reduces hope and the only thing that can battle and eradicate fear is Faith. Our faith is developed and boosted based on the kind of contents and materials we allow into our minds.

These song selections will help boost your faith through these times. With faith, you will always find and look on the bright side - after all, people are recovering, if we all stay at home, take practical steps and also pray, we shall overcome and defeat the virus together.

Watch the video and listen to the songs below.

Christ Apostolic Church Sunday School Song

I grew up in a CAC church and I must say I am absolutely grateful for that privilege, because it helped to properly shape my formative years.

This particular song was the song we used to sing before Sunday school, it randomly dropped in my mind this week and I had the most blessed/emotional nostalgic feeling.

Since we are all practicing "social distancing" at the moment and Sunday service will be from home, I thought this will come in handy for all the CAC members worldwide. May it bless you just as it has blessed me.

NB: Don't panic over the Corona Virus, just follow all the safety precautions and above all let your strength be in God. We shall be fine ( Psalms 91).

Yeah so back to the song/Video, see below.

#OhEmGeeByForceCollabo - LIVING HOPE

At this point, it is almost customary for me to be having byforcecollabos with the accapella company.
The message in this song for me is just to powerful to pass by.

Jesus Christ, our living hope!

#OhEmGeeByForceCollabo - Only a Holy God

It takes ONLY A HOLY GOD to show us so much love, sacrifice so much for us without expecting anything back and still be faithful.

It takes ONLY A HOLY GOD to be able to control all affairs within and without all creations.

It TAKES ONLY A HOLY GOD to be placed far above all else.

In short, it TAKES ONLY A HOLY GOD to be in God's place - and that is why only God can and will forever be God.

This is another song that resonated with me so much from my Keith Lancaster's acapella choir (by now one of my favorite choirs) and of course I had to jump on it.
