It takes ONLY A HOLY GOD to be able to control all affairs within and without all creations.

#YorubaHymnsReloaded - Igbagbo mi duro (My hope is built...)
Happy Sundays guys.
So I've been doing this hymn thing for a while but I never thought to bring it here.
Anyways I have decided it will be a good idea to have the collections here too so it will be more or less like my hymns diary and it will make searching easier for y'all.
Today's hymn was one of my mom's favorites (God rest her soul).
It is titled "Igbagbo mi duro lori eje at'ododo Jesu" (My hope is built on nothing else than Jesus' blood and righteousness).

OhEmGeeByForceCollabo - CONTROL
I saw an accapella choir (Keith Lancaster's acapella choir) video on my friend, Gaisebaba's, page on instagram and the song arrested me.
I came to realise something - Divinely inspired songs are always very simple but still mind blowing in the way they are pieced together. Never about skills! That is what I can say about this song that was originally done by TENTH AVENUE but the harmonious rendition by Keith Lancaster's acapella choir got me and i had to COLLABO BY FORCE ..lol.

The Christmas tree
Recently, my wife and I just got a Christmas tree: this is my first Christmas tree ever in life.
My mom always made sure I had everything I NEEDED and the ones I just WANTED would have to be whenever she could afford them. Sometimes I saw or heard about some "luxuries" my friends were enjoying from their parents, I would run to my mom to get me mine and sincerely she tried her best. The times she wasn't able to, she would make sure I understood why and that alone would satisfy me. This gradually built a sense of contentment in me - which one of the major things I would forever appreciate my mom for.
Thinking about this, coupled with the fact that I finally got a Christmas tree, I decided to create this funny Scenario of an inconsiderate and a discontented child that decides to put his parents under unnecessary pressure.
